Design, develop, update, and host websites for children's entertainers and local non-profit organizations including Opera Guild of Northern Virginia (OGNV), Just Clowning Around of Northern Virginia (JCA), and Kapitol Klowns. Worked with representatives of organizations to develop and maintain websites. Build websites using HTML or PHP. Review websites and recommend ways to increase traffic. Also develop print materials including newsletters, brochures, and programs.

Served as eLearning Developer on projects for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Worked with instructional designers to determine best technical approach to present content. Developed courses using XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript for use on a SCORM-compliant LMS. Created course interface and graphics, edited audio and created animations in Articulate Presenter or Adobe Captivate. Built utility to convert a single XML file into individual HTML files. Served as eLearning Applications Developer on foreign language training courses and skill courses for the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Service Institute. Worked with instructional designers, graphic artists and other eLearning developers. Most courses combined text, graphics, audio, and video. Some of the language courses also included voice recognition software for students to practice their speaking skills. The courses were developed in XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Developed courses to be loaded onto a SCORM-compliant LMS or run in Internet Explorer from a CD. Developed custom utilities that aided the course development process. Worked on language courses in Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Czech, Indonesian, and Persian (Farsi). Worked on skills courses in Diplomatic Mail, Intellectual Property Rights, Travel Regulations, Consular Task Forces, and New Employee Orientation.

Served as a curriculum developer on the eCustoms Modernization project. Worked with subject-matter experts and other curriculum developers to gather content for a multi-day instructor-led training (ILT) course. Designed the ILT course content in Microsoft PowerPoint. Wrote the instructor's guide and student exercises. Served as the team leader for the 12 hour computer-based training (CBT) course created in Macromedia Authorware. The ILT and CBT courses teach the basic functionality of the ACE Secure Data Portal.

Served as a CBT developer on the MedDRA CBT project. Used Click2Learn ToolBook to update an existing CBT on the Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities (MedDRA). Developed two versions of the Introduction of MedDRA Basics CBT. Also created a new CBT logon, course menu, and bookmark functionality.

Served as a team leader and lead multimedia programmer on a variety of CBT project. Managed a team of graphic artists and programmers. Worked closely with project managers and instructional designers to create interactive training that met the client's needs. Most courses were developed with Click2Learn's ToolBook II Instructor. Courses taught students how to use software systems developed by AMS. The courses included simulated interactions with the system to teach typical business scenarios. Courses were designed to be run from a CD or the local network. Many projects required working with geographically disperse project teams. Worked on projects for AT&T, Qwest Communications, US Navy, Department of Defense, City of New York, and the State of Hawaii.
